💸 Refund And Cancellation Policy
When you buy raffle tickets you get them right away. So please take a look, at our refund policy:
- We have sales. This means that when you buy a raffle ticket you cannot get your money back. This is because once you pay for your ticket and we give you a Ticket ID the sale is complete.
- If we have to cancel a raffle draw you will get all of your money back. We will put the amount back into your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- If something goes wrong with your payment and your bank account is charged, but we do not give you a Ticket ID the payment gateway will automatically give you your money back.
