🏆 Winner. Delivery Policy
If your Ticket ID is picked in the raffle draw this is what you need to do to get your reward.
You will get an email within 24 hours of the draw.
We will use the email address you gave us when you entered the contest.
Here is what you need to do:
- We will send you a notification by email.
- Then you need to reply to that email within 14 business days so we can check your delivery address and ticket details.
- FIFAVerse will pay for shipping and courier costs for prizes like jerseys and merchandise.
- You will not have to pay any delivery fees for these things.
- If you live outside of our country you might have to pay some extra fees when you get your prize.
- You will be responsible, for any customs duties or import taxes that your country charges.
- You will have to pay these fees when you get your prize.
- FIFAVerse will not pay these fees for you.
- So make sure you know what fees you might have to pay before we send you your prize.
